- What is your address?
Desk606 is located at 3271 W Armitage. There are two primary entry doors into the space.
- 3271 W Armitage – This glass door is located right on Armitage and enters directly into the space.
- 3273 W Armitage – This white aluminum door is located behind the 3273 W Armitage building reached by walking through the parking lot just to the west of the building. Inside bike parking is located through this door.
- What types of desks are available?
Each desk is private so you can make it your own for the day or an extended period if you take advantage of one of our memberships. There are groups of bench desks available as well as stand-alone sit/stand desks.
- How will I know if I am at the right desk or private space?
Each desk/space is labeled. Desks are labeled in the upper right corner (ex. D01). Phone booths are labeled on the power outlet above the desk (ex. P01). Conference rooms are labeled in the top right of the dry-erase board (ex. C01).
- Can I bring guests or host meetings?
Yes, for the duration of your meeting, you are able to bring in guests, or host meetings on-site, for no extra charge.
- What are the hours?
The space is open from 6:00AM to 10:00PM, Sunday – Saturday. Ask us about extended hours if needed.
- Is there a charge for scanning, printing, copying, faxing?
We offer a flexible printing service. Scanning is always free. Printing and copying are available and each member is allowed a monthly credit allocation towards black/white pages per month. After that, you are free to keep printing/copying at additional cost. Printing instructions can be found HERE.
- Is it complicated to connect to the printer?
There is no setup required. Just send a print job to the printer via the email you have been provided and the printing process will start. Printing instructions can be found HERE.
- What additional technology items may I need?
The following items may be useful.
- Dongle – The conference room presentation TV has a standard HDMI cable connection located in the middle of the conference room table. Please bring the appropriate dongle for the device you will be using (tablet, iPad, PC, Mac, etc.)
- Power Strip – This can be useful when plugging multiple devices in at the desks.
- Cat 6 Network Cable – Each desk has an ethernet port which you may prefer to plug into.
- How big are the conference rooms?
Each conference room can seat 8 around the conference table. Each conference room can hold between 10-12 people.
- What is available in each conference room for presenting to groups?
Each conference room is equipped with a dry-erase board and a monitor for presenting. Connection to the monitor is via HDMI cable so please have your own adaptor for your own device.
- How do I reserve a conference room or phone booth?
Reservations are required to use either the conference rooms or phone booths. Reservations are made via the Proximity app. If you are a member you will be invited to the space via Proximity at the beginning of your membership. Non-members can also reserve the conference room hourly or desks on a daily basis through Proximity as well.
- Is the internet connection wired or wireless?
Both! Internet is via high-speed fiber. Members can connect wirelessly or via wired Cat 6 LAN connections at each desk. Please have your own network cable and adaptor if needed.
- How is secure access provided? Will I be provided keys or a FOB?
No keys or FOBs to keep track of here. Each member is set up with a secure access app on their smartphone. As membership comes to an end, access is revoked. A welcome email with install instructions is sent out once we register you as a member in our system.
- Where can I park my bike?
We have inside bike storage in the rear of the adjoining building at 3273 W Armitage. There is also outside bike storage as well
- Is there parking?
Street parking is very easy. We also have rental spaces in the lot just to the west of 3273 W Armitage via SpotHero.
- Is there coffee and tea available?
We have partnered with a local neighborhood coffee roaster to provide fresh brewed coffee. We will have an electric tea kettle available if you would like to bring in tea of your choosing.
- To receive mail at the office how should it be addressed?
Mail can be delivered to the office as the front door has a drop slot. It is important that the format below be followed exactly so it can be received and routed properly.

- Can small packages be received at the office?
You can have packages delivered to the office but there will not be a receptionist to receive them. As such you will need to be present to receive them. If you would like to take part in our business hour package receipt plan at additional cost please have shipments addressed exactly as below. This service is for small size business and residential shipments only, not large scale bulk commercial shipments.

- What is the layout of the space?
The rough layout is conference room on the northern side of the building along Armitage, desks in the middle, phone booths/lounge/kitchen/bathroom at the back. A site map can be found HERE.
